Dr. Jon Getbehead

Biography

Dr. Jon was born and raised in Albany, New York. He and his wife Kristin met at college at the University of New Hampshire. They were married in 2007. Dr. Jon discovered Chiropractic through his younger brother, Dr Jeff Getbehead, who was attending Chiropractic school at the time. It only took Dr Jon a few short months after starting care for himself to experience the amazing health benefits. Chiropractic changed his life, and he wanted others to experience that gift too! It was then and there that he and Kristin packed up a moving truck, and headed to Atlanta, Georgia to attend chiropractic school at Life University. Finishing his remaining year at school, Dr. Jon had the rare honor and privilege to learn the Atlas Orthogonal Program from the founder himself, Dr. Roy Sweat. Since then, Dr. Jon has helped thousands of patients regain their freedom from varying physical ailments. From newborns to geriatric, and even pregnancy, Dr. Jon has had specific training for all age groups. It is his passion to teach people that innate healing dwells in all of us, we sometimes need a little guidance to get back to the source.

Dr. Jon and Kristin have 3 beautiful children-Dena, Hannah, and Samuel. They also have a very lazy and emotionally needy lab, two cats, and four chickens. When he’s not in the office he can be found spending lots of quality time with his family. He and his wife Kristin also enjoy spending time outside in nature either walking, boating, or fishing.
